Rental Policy
Event Rental Items Policy:
At Pretty Picnics and Planning, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our Event Rental Items Policy:

Booking and Reservation:
- To secure your desired items, we recommend booking well in advance.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

Rental Duration:
- The standard rental duration is 24 hours. Extensions may be accommodated upon request and availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 prior to the event will receive a 40% refund of the total rental cost.
- Cancellations within 3 of the event are non-refundable.

Damages and Loss:
- Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of rented items.
- Any damages or loss will incur additional charges, determined based on repair or replacement costs.

Delivery and Pickup:
- Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.
- Items must be accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

Cleaning Fee:
- A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively dirty. Please return items in the condition they were received.

Payment:
- Full payment is due 5 prior to the event.
- Accepted payment methods include via credit card or debit card.

Changes to Order:
- Any changes to the rental order must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the event.

Liability:
- Pretty Picnics and Planning is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of rented items.
